    After a full investigation we are happy to report that all email services are now fully operational! If there is any further issues please do not hesitate to contact us!

    We have implemented a fix and currently monitoring the result.

    Yesterday we changed our hosting from one service to another (view the Maintenance Post) and during this there has been some issues with our email servers. We still have these issues and looking into seeing the fix for them.

    Note that during this time we most likely won't be able to receive any emails.

    We are declaring this maintenance complete and resolved! However, we are still having issues with our email services and we will create a new incident for those. With that, all websites should be back up and operational, however, the email services are still down. If you run into any issues please do not hesitate to contact us.

    At this time all websites are now live and operational again! We're still reviewing the mail servers. We further, will continue monitoring the website and if they remain operational without any downtime by 11am (PST) tomorrow morning (March 15th, 2021) we will declare this maintenance mode complete!

    The majority of websites are back and functioning at the moment! Email services are still under maintenance and not fully operational yet. In addition, at this time it seems that the following websites are still presenting with some issues:

    • brand.devlexicon.ca
    • code.devlexion.ca
    • facebook.devlexicon.ca
    • facebook.donaldlouch.ca
    • files.devlexicon.ca
    • and viu.donaldlouch.ca

    We hope that websites remain operational, however, they may still experience downtime. We will update you with more information on websites once that become apparent to us.

    We're awaiting the full propagation of the nameserver changes on all domain names. This process may take upto 48 hours to 72 hours and new changes may not be synced. Included is emails.

    Please note downtime maybe expected in the next three or so days on all DevLexicon Host services from websites to email's once again. We're have decided to change our server hosting to a new host. With this, downtime is most likely a given, but we hope it's not too much.

    We have ordered the new server from our new host and started on the background work for tomorrow's migration.
